Domestic Shipping Rates

Our shipping charge per order is a flat fee of $4.95 for ground shipment within the continental of United States. We ship your orders via the United States Postal Service (USPS) or United Parcel Service (UPS).  

Shipping charge for orders to Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, Alaska, Guam, Hawaii and all other U.S. territories will be actual shipping cost, all orders are shipped and insured by the U.S. Postal Service. 

Canadian orders are considered as international orders. Please see international shipping rates. 

 

International Shipping Rates

International orders will not be processed without prior approval of shipping charges from you. Once you have placed an order with us, we will notify you via e-mail (within 2 business days) the estimated shipping costs for your order.  This way you can decide whether to accept or decline the order. 

All shipping costs are estimations only. The total shipping costs will be the actual shipping fee plus a $5.00 handling fee.  

We will ship your order via United States Postal Service (USPS). US Postal Service provides many mail service options based on size, weight and destination.

Once we receive your approval, we will process and ship your order. Please allow an additional 2-5 business days for address verification with your credit card's issuing bank.  When requesting to ship to an alternate address (other than your billing address), please register the shipping address with your credit card's issuing bank as an "alternate" address. 

If we do not receive your approval within three business days, your order will be cancelled.

Returns Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with a purchase, please contact us to arrange for a refund, exchange or credit.  We will refund the shipping cost if the return is a result of our error. 

You may return unopened items within 30 days from the date that your item was shipped.  In the event that your shipment is damaged, incorrect, or unsatisfactory, please contact us immediately for a resolution. 

All returns require a return authorization number (RMA#), please contact us for your authorization number.  We can not accept returns without a RMA#.  All returns must be sent prepaid within 30 days from the date that your item was shipped. A 15% restocking fee will be applied for returns on any single item (SKU) of 12 or more bottles.  To protect yourself against loss or damage in shipping, we recommend that you insure the package for its full value.  

We can not accept returns without a RMA#.  Special sales or final sales items are not returnable. 

Once we have received and processed the returned item, we will notify you via e-mail of your return. It normally takes 7-10 business days to process your return once we've received it.  Any refund or credit will be made to the same form of payment originally used for the purchase. We refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.
